
Trish Harty has worked in the hospitality industry for over 30 years, as a restaurant manager and bartender, journalist, public relations consultant and marketing manager.
A former editor of Hospitality magazine and publications for R&CA and AHA, Trish has worked in marketing with Crown Melbourne and Foodservice Australia, and with countless industry suppliers as a copywriter.
Trish is also Australia’s Marketing Manager for Bocuse d’Or, the world’s most prestigious culinary competition, and she loves nothing more than showcasing Australia’s world-class venues and produce.
